Alcorso Foundation Award for Sustainable Schools

AuSSI -Tas schools from across the state are eligible for these awards.

There will be one award for each region. The selected schools will receive a$1000 towards their sustainability programs for 2011 and a plaque.

The three winning schools will be announced at the AuSSI-Tas Kids 4 Kids Conferences in Hobart on November 10 at UTAS. The north and north west winners will be announced at the Kids 4 Kids Conference  November 5.

Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden National Program Grants

Closing date: 20 October 2009

This grant provides up to $60,000 for the establishment of a garden and kitchen.  Government schools are eligible to apply and the program is focussed on Grade 3 - 6.
